grDieser Kunde kommt im Herbst 2006 mit dem Wunsch auf uns zu, ein bebaubares Grundstück mit Meerblick außerhalb von Dorfgrenzen zu erwerben. Damit ist klar, es müssen mindestens 4000m2 sein - die Mindestgröße, um eine Baugenehmigung außerhalb des Bebauungsplans zu erhalten.
Wir sehen uns einige Grundstücke an, die in dem vorgegebenen Preisrahmen liegen und lassen sicherheitshalber das Grundsück nochmals vermessen, für das sich der Kunde entschieden hat. Es erweist sich als zu klein und in diesem Herbst muß der Kunde unverrichteter Dinge abreisen. Wir versprechen allerdings weiterzusuchen und werden folgenden Früjahr fündig. Der Kunde reist an und wir besiegeln den Vertrag. Der Kunde will zunächst noch nicht bauen, sondern zunächst einen Wohnwagen aufstellen. One year later the customer wants to start building a house and shows his detailled plans...
In March we discussed together with our civil engineer structural calculations and the costs of the buildung permit. Once the customer paid a partial amount, the drawings were transferred to apply for the building permit. In June we ´re starting to prepare the land. You can see, even rocky terrain cannot stop us. We agreed to finish the skeleton and roof until November and give an estimate of costs.

A month before the time agreed, we finished work --- We are looking forward to meeting the customer in two weeks to take further action ........
